Snowdrop Homecare Rutland opened in 2019 providing domiciliary home care in Rutland and Stamford. With the success of the first year we have decided to expand and offer live in service.

This service provides a 24-hour live in carer within your own home assisting you to remain independent while being there to support your needs.
Cost of Care
Live-in care starts at £170 per day.

Our Management Team
Snowdrop Home Care Rutland Management team are at the heart of the company. With a combined experience of 30 years within the care sector they are always on hand to answer any questions. The management team along with a few of the care team have worked together for over 9 years.
Louise Bloor
Company Director
Louise has been in the care sector for over 30 years starting out with adult social services. Louise then went on to have 3 children. All 3 girls are a part of Snowdrop Homecare. Louise then went on to become a home carer. Louise was a registered care manager for 6 years but when the company she previously worked for closed in 2018, Louise finally decided the time was right to start a company of her own and started Snowdrop Home Care Rutland.
Sally Lacey
Registered Care Manager
Sally has been in the care sector for over 25 years. Sally started as a home carer and then became a senior Carer between this time Sally had 3 children. Sally then became a care coordinator for the previous company she worked for before coming the Registered Care Manager for Snowdrop.
Beth Bloor
Care Coordinator
Beth joined the care sector in 2013 as a Care coordinator, in 2016 Beth decided to join the travel industry working in an airport and for the past few years working abroad. She has been working behind the scenes for Snowdrop since the start up but now she is home from traveling has become care Coordinator.
Danni Bloor
Training Manager
Danni started in the care sector when she left collage. She looked after the same client for ten years who even transferred companies with her so Danni could still care for him. When he sadly passed away in 2020 Danni decided to take a small step back from care and pass her experiences on by becoming the training manager . She still works within the community.
